Blackjack Is Like A Wild Ride
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It’s a game that begins slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you slowly build up your bankroll, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops out.
Blackjack is so remarkably like a crazy ride the similarities are striking. As is the case with the popular fair ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seem to be going great for awhile before it bottoms out once again. Undoubtedly you have to be a bettor that can adjust well to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is packed full with them.
If you like the mini coaster, one that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a fatter wager, then hop on for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because they are not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s all lovely, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not always remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a crazy fun ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that disappointing fall as clear as day.
